4.7 out of 5 from more than 1,500 verified reviews on ProductReview.com.au, Australia’s independent review site. 92 per cent rate us four or five stars. The figure is theirs, not ours, and we cannot remove reviews from it.

A few reviews mention delivery delays, almost always around Christmas and Easter. Order a fortnight ahead over holiday periods and that goes away.
Call us first on 1300 635 500, Sydney business hours, or use the contact page. A pass that has not arrived, a change of dates or a misspelt name can usually be fixed in one call. If we cannot put it right, say so publicly. That is what the review sites are for.
If we did a good job, two minutes on ProductReview or Google makes a real difference to a small business. Mention the specific thing that helped. That is what the next person is trying to find out.
