Yomiuriland Tickets

Yomiuriland is Tokyo’s big traditional amusement park, spread over the hills on the city’s western edge with coasters, a huge summer pool complex and, each winter, the Jewellumination, one of the largest light displays in the region. Locals grow up on it; visitors mostly discover it through that winter glow.

Picking your season

Summer brings the pools, autumn the mild-weather ride days, and from late October to spring the illumination turns even a non-rider evening into the point of the trip. The Bandit coaster through the forest is the ride of record.

Tickets

One-day passes cover rides; entry-only suits illumination evenings. E-tickets beat the gate queue on winter weekends.

Getting there

Keio Yomiuriland Station, then the Sky Shuttle gondola floats you over the hills to the gates, a genuinely lovely approach. About 35 minutes from Shinjuku all up.
